Two brilliant young women, prominent in the entertainment industry, Zinzi Zungu and Miranda Ntshangase’s marriage in Star Quality Management has birthed numerous and exciting talents seen on local TV screens. The growth of this Management and Actors Academy has spread from Gauteng to Kwa-Zulu Natal, with a new Durban office up and running.

Young actors are invited to an educational workshop from the 4th-6th October and an Open Day on the 28th October, in Durban.

The Johannesburg branch is holding acting classes every Saturday from 10:00. They are also hosting a Young Actor’s Workshop from the 2nd-6th October and one from the 9th – 13th October.

“Star Quality Management, is pleased to announce the opening of it’s Durban office, located in Glenwood. With one of it’s founders being from Durban it was inevitable that  we would finally open our doors to all the undiscovered mass talent that the kingdom of the Zulus has to offer. The Durban office will see SQM bring enhanced performance opportunities in all areas  of KZN.

Star Quality Management was established in 2012, in order to change mindsets on artist management and improve drama training within the media industry by introducing more talented individuals to the industry.

Miranda Ntshangase, is an AFDA Graduate. Who has graced the SA Television screens as a Presenter and Actress. Along with running her own music studio and being a Recording artist, Miranda saw a gap in the industry which led to her joining forces with her partner Zinzi in starting Star Quality Management.

Having established a solid career for herself, her dream was to be able to create stability and direction for future performers. For years SQ has trained and managed

many popular faces within the acting industry and has solidified themselves as a key player in the industry.

Zinzi Zungu hails from the Kingdom of the Zulus where her television career began. She started off at the age of 16 as a regional TV presenter for the ETV children’s show Craze. She went on to do various corporate videos as well as voice over work for Craze and radio stations in Durban. Her Passion for the arts saw her move to Johannesburg to attend the Prestigious South African school of Motion picture and Live performance, where she obtained her degree in Live performance. Her pursuit of knowledge saw her also go on and study a course in Public Relations at PRISA. She is currently studying towards another degree at Wits Majoring in Psychology and Politics. Where she hopes to obtain her Masters of Arts in Drama Therapy.

The agency has placed artists in numerous productions, commercials and films in south Africa. SQM is currently a part of NAMA – the National Association of Modelling Agencies.
